This past week we were happy to work with Bill and Jerry from Clinton MS on their garage remodel. They are transforming their four car garage into a dance studio for their granddaughter and her friends. Multiple change have been made to the garage in the course of the remodel. New dry wall was hung along with lighting and a brand new polyuria flake garage floor. Garage flooring can be installed using two different products, traditional epoxy and polyuria. We at MS Epoxy typically only use epoxy for industrial applications like warehouses or light commercial since a flat smooth thick millage is desired in those applications. For residential garage flooring we use polyuria which is a cousin to polyurethane. The benefit of polyuria is that each coat drys within an hour of application making it possible for us to complete your garage in one day start to finish. As you can see from the pictures the floor turned out great, they chose Yukon flake which is a hybrid flake that uses large and small flake along with wood chips.
