Today we installed our floor epoxy on this garage in Ashbrook subdivision in Madison Mississippi. The customer was tired of the old stained concrete floors and wanted something that would not only look great but last forever. We start by grinding the floors with a 1000lb concrete grinder to remove all the oil and life stains from the concrete. We then vacuum and extreme clean the floors before the epoxy flooring is applied. Once we have a thick coat down we install a layer of full coverage paint chips. We actually use close to 100 pounds of flake for a two car garage. After that we clear coat the floor and it is good to go for at-least the lifetime of the home.
